Dear Present Me,
I am sure you were really excited when you got my first letter, I was expecting you to write back, but since you didn't, I decided to write another letter to you.
There are so many things you will never understand till you get to this point in my life but I want to help you by explaining some to you..
When disappointment occurs, don't feel bad because it will all add up and make you a better person at the end of the day. I remember when I wanted to get a job, it was as if the heavens were closed over me, I just couldn't understand why I have a good degree, good talent, yet no job. I prayed and cried but nothing happened. Little did I know that God had better things in stock for me. In that dire state came the vision to establish a company that is now one thousand times bigger and better than when I started. Let me remind you at this point that crying doesn't change anything, it is good to cry to relieve you of the pain in your heart, but when you continue to engage in it, it becomes anti productive.
Don't give up! I encourage you to be the best. When you are tempted to give up and the pressures of life is dusting joy out of you, just look at the goal in front of you, look far into the future with your mind eye, look deep into the future that will soon be your reality and say to yourself, I WILL NEVER, EVER GIVE UP! No matter how small you start, the future will always feature in the lives of those that believe in the beauty of their future. Start small but work smart to grow big and when you grow big, don't despise your days of humble beginnings, let it energise you to walk in humility and to help as many people below you.
